Contract management is a key competence in high performing organizations.

Contract management creates a competitive advantage, optimizes procurement and increases sales and customer satisfaction.

Savings and earnings amounts to 5 % or more
of the total annual contract budget - depending on the current maturity level (IACCM Future of Contracting, 2012).

The first step to gain a competitive advantage is to understand how your contracts and the related processes affects your value chain.

The next step is to make the plan - how to create even more successful contracts and processes.

The final step is to implement and monitor the plan - do it!

René Franz Henschel have co-authored the new international reference book on contract and commercial management - The 2011 IACCM "Contract and Commercial Management - An Operational Guide".

- IT kontrakter, agile og iterative kontrakter
- Købeloven, International købelov (CISG), Aftaleloven
- Internationale kontrakter, lovvalg, værneting (common law kontrakter)
- Udarbejdelse og vedtagelse af standardbetingelser
- Brug af ansvarsfraskrivelser og bodsbestemmelser mv.
